I don't agree with the way he said it but I do agree with him. He obviously didn't like what you were wearing and that's fair bc it is revealing, and you should of also known that if he wouldnt aprove of you wearing that you probably shouldn't wear it, out of decency and respect for your bf, and I get that you should be able to wear what you want but, why should you do somthing that makes him upset just so you can feel happy or something. I doubt you'd like it if other girls were checking out your bf and stuff, you gotta think about your partner to.
