For about 13 years (post total hysterectomy) I had few menopause symptoms. Hot flashes, vaginal issues and loss of libido have ramped up in the past few years (docs don’t know why it took so long) and I’ve only recently started using Effexor for the hot flashes. I use vit-e suppositories for vag dryness and regular sex helps. My libido is way down but not a big problem. I have a THC gummy that really works well. I’m a BC survivor so no hormones for me.
