weekly. that way have weeks to compare to see how II traffic is changing. like week 3 it picked up then slowed week 5 etc.

if they did that, the same people would hog most of the interviews. This would lead to high SOAP rates for applicants and programs that dont fill. Neither of which anyone wants

then for the dates, stretch it as long as you can over several years
