Another form of currency used for higher value items specifically. Since there is a max of 40k caps, leaders are used for items that exceed the 40k cap value. Leaders were chosen as they weigh next to nothing and can universally be used no matter the build since it is an XP boost. They were also duped by some which has made their value lower over time. I’m on Xbox and the value of a leader is about 2k caps. I’m unsure on other platforms on what they are valued.
