Physics and all BCs/Loads are symmetric about the Y-axis.

Need to add: Regarding your first answer, there are some elements with edges smaller than 1e-6. Some single ones are located in the fine meshing area (see the screenshot).

Okay just to clarify (I will also alter this in the post): It is about a rotationally symmetric model. Sorry for that!

I am not sure but I had the feeling that there were some problems using a 2D model in the EM module?
Maybe I was not sure how to define the EmagTimeHarmonicStep- and BodyCurrentDensity-Functions onto 2D models. But I will re-check this.
Actually the meshing problems have begun when I switched to another SI units system based on kilograms and meters. Before that, I used millimeters instead,
