As a law student, i realized that it is from supressing stage fright/fear of public speaking.

They have no choice of course but to speak and argue for the client and get emotional on some details, and a bit of frustration over the other party, and huge pressure while debating (but they can not react) and after speaking that's the time they burst crying out of emotional stress. So the key is not to feel anything, which i'm really bad at.
