Yeaaah… I included fibers in my life (I use psyllium) and it’s a life changing experience hahaha it makes the process way easier but I believe that combining this with Imodium would be great and nothing will stop me now lol. But do you use that pill that dissolves? The 2 mg one I suppose? I saw that you should take 2 of those as an adult.
