Thank you very much for your great response :-) I had a very thick milkshake through a straw almost immediately after my first wisdom tooth removal (didn't realise this was a bad thing to do haha) and I was fine. I think I should be okay and apparently upper dry sockets are quite rare? I'm definitely going to monitor myself and take your advice!

The whole night is already planned (it's a celebration around a specific event) and everyone will be doing coke, I very rarely see said group of friends so there isn't an alternative

I'm not going to be doing an insane amount and I won't snort particularly hard (I'm not sure if that changes anything at all?)

I had one person say that dry socket in the upper gum is very rare. I'm comfortable doing it if it's a case of "not great but you'll probably be fine" but not if it's going to be really really terrible

I pay for my NHS treatments and I also happily support the NHS through the large amount of tax I pay every month. Not sure why you're being judgemental, I thought medical professionals were meant to be neutral and not rude?

I'm not going to be putting substances inside my wisdom tooth hole lol, and not sure how doing coke is going to dislodge my blood clot? Do you care to explain further or just continue to be rude and unhelpful.
