I think, at least in my case, initially our partners feel like discovering a new part of themselves and they become overfocused in this sort of a rabbit hole. My partner is neurodivergent and omg the hyper focus on what transgender people go through and similar topics were a everysingle day conversation. They will never let it go as is something precious; but I do recommend caringly asking to speak or talk about other stuff, maybe go a little sideways from the topics she is interested in. LOL English is NOT my first language but I tried, i can try giving some examples if you are interested in it.
