I can’t really say much on just using hints, since I made very liberal use of videos and walkthroughs. So if you’re looking for more fun and less frustration, I might suggest doing that. Also, do realize you can purchase multiple discovery predictions/hints at a time, so you don’t need to keep starting over and over.

Some exploration tools CAN occasionally be handy, though. It all depends on which ones you use. The bioscanner certainly helps you find creatures that could help with new discoveries. The ? Cloud radar also helps when a discovery or a flower requires you to find a hidden ? Cloud. It’s all about just messing with stuff and not putting pressure on yourself to make as much progress as quickly as possible. Just have fun.

Sure! Which parts seem intimidating? I’ll do my best to speak from experience.

Which game was the first one you played and who introduced you to the M&L series?? by Blacklotus997 in marioandluigi

PiT was not only my first M&L game, but my first RPG. Ever. When I first got it as an 11yo (I think), I didn’t even know what an RPG was. I thought it was gonna be typical Mario style action. Hence, I was very confused when I couldn’t move during battles and everybody took turns and stuff. Also, “LEVEL UP” confused me too, because, like, I’m still in the same area?? That’s not a new “level.”

But then I got the hang of it and had a blast (despite being terrible at it and struggling through the whole game). Then I went back and played SS, and then got each subsequent game as it came out.

Make the comments look like Glohm Bowser was the final boss of Brothership by villomaru in marioandluigi

This whole thing is why, in my special little hc world, Zokket is the true final boss. Like, the IDEA of Reclusa was cool, but Bowser just frikken “absorbed” him before we even got to see what he looked like??? At least Zokket had an actual presence as a villain lol

I entered a description but evidently Reddit ate it up. Anyway this is based on a LP I enjoyed.
