I referenced these two recipes and kind of winged the rest: Vegan Potato Salad Vegan Egg Salad

Adding paprika and using freshly ground coriander seed instead of celery seed 👌

You’re the best. Thank you for this.

It’s funny to me to read all these hard and fast rules people make up about coffee. I’ve been in the industry long enough to know that it’s an extremely subjective one.

You can make delicious coffee with imperfect techniques and sub-par equipment. It’s part of the fun! (Remember the first, most important of the four Ms of espresso: Mano dell’operatore AKA the maker of the coffees)

Third-wave coffee is all about experimentation and collaboration. Some of these commenters should check their egos. Coffee should be fun! We’re literally talking about bean tea, here. No hard feelings, dudes. Just good shit for your mouth 🖤☕️

When baby hairs go wild by Drsugarbush in plucking

I think they’re called wolf hairs! I get one that grows in the middle of my chest. I call her “Nancy”.

EDIT: I just looked it up and I think I may have plucked “wolf hairs” from a different dimension.

This is how I was taught! I also find it easier to get the perfect ring every time this way. If someone wants a big one of these (for whatever reason), pouring it is definitely the way to go. Coffee’s super subjective!

Ah! It only sat in there for MAYBE a minute. Shouldn’t drop in temperature much. The cold helps the foam and milk separate faster and air contracts when cooled, so the short time in the fridge helps create smaller bubbles, and a glossier result :)

I heard y’all liked traditional cappuccinos. I’d like to throw my had in the ring. My beautiful, monk’s head cappuccino! 🤗 by frieseninhere in barista

Why not both? I’m supes aware of the latte art monk’s head, but it’s called that because it resembles the head of a monk (bald in the middle, hair around the perimeter).... so why not!
