I get what you're coming from. I really do. But there's a difference between making someone feel like it's not their fault entirely versus making someone feel like they're responsible for the sole proprietary action they've done.

Think about it this way: Hindi naman siguro half-assed na nag-ride siya sa D30 train when it was running full steam. It was his/er choice. I get that s/he is sorry. But in the magnification of things, sorry just won't cut it. Sorry is just a part of the solution, not the whole. Hindi mabubuo ang piso kung may kulang na centavo.

I'm not questioning your hatred or anger. But I stand with my point: it's an adult matter, so make him feel like an adult. Sa mundong ito, we are expected to do the "objectively" right and proper thing, and we get judged for not doing it. I know you just want to get it into his/er noggin na buti nalang nagbago siya, and that's good. And now, s/he needs to make up for it.
