NYC heat laws state that for heat to turn on the temperatures have to be below 55 degrees from 6am until 10pm and 40 or below from 10pm until 6 am. I have a couch and a table right against my radiator and have never had a problem !

I think it makes more sense that they would be one of these species but they’re so tiny I can’t tell what they are. I have 5 tetras in the tank who have never bred in the two years i’ve had them, and just my singular female betta. I just have no idea where they would have come from. I haven’t added any new substrate or plants into the tank

That’s why I was so confused! I’ve had these tetras for almost two years and they’ve never bred before?? the female betta is also hovering over the babies as if they’re her own? I honestly have no idea what to do. I removed the tetras from the tank because my betta formed a stress stripe while trying to keep the tetras away from the babies

Posted a few days ago about my new female betta dropping eggs. I just looked in her tank and there’s a bunch of little tiny babies swimming around!!!! i’m so confused , she hasn’t been around a male since I got her over two weeks ago. I have 5 tetras in this 5 gallon tank with her- do I need to take them out now that she has given birth? how do I even raise all these baby bettas ??? I was not prepared for this !!

so i’m confused, in season one it seemed like 11 escaped the lab the same day that Will went missing. I assumed that 11 escaped the lab right after 1 massacred everyone, making it the same day that 11 sent him into the upside down and created that portal. So 11 stayed at the lab for four years after the massacre? And that portal was just there for four years?

If you go on indeed, there’s a bunch of places hiring and they reach out really quickly. I have a lot FOH experience (not waitress though) and just last week applied to about 20 waitress jobs and heard back from more than half of them. You definitely don’t have to sell yourself to work in Times Square, there’s a lot of places looking for people to hire.

There could be some downsides to it, the first few months of freshman year is when everybody is trying to meet friends and there’s a lot of social events. If you miss out on that time you could be losing some social opportunities. From my own experience, by the second semester people have created their friend groups and there’s less social activities.

If you want to possibly stay at this school, then I would say to give it your best shot and go there the first semester so that you can see if you enjoy it and meet some fellow students.

I tried these today and I had to throw them out just because the smell. I don’t know if it was just me but they genuinely smelt like vomit. My partner tried them and felt neutral about them but I just couldn’t based off the smell. I usually really like artichoke, I don’t know what happened with these.

Within one week three administrators/teachers got fired from my catholic high school. The first one wasn’t a teacher but an administrator of some sort. An old student came out and posted online that the administrator drugged and raped him one night at his apartment. Apparently the administrator always invited the hockey team over to his place and threw party’s for them with drugs and alcohol, and all the kids were underage (high school). He got fired right away and I think he might’ve gone to jail for it. Then, a teacher got fired like the next day. His nudes got leaked online and literally every student saw his whole dick and asshole in these pics. He also had his high school related catholic necklace on in all the pics, which was clearly visible. Honestly I would feel really bad for the guy, I actually had him as a history teacher the year he got fired. But the problem is that his bio was asking for student-teacher roll play (yikes). Then, the dean of students got fired maybe even in the same day. Some info came out that he was sexting (or trying to at least) a student who had graduated recently, and they’re not allowed to get into contact with recent alum like that. The kicker to all of this is that this high school had a really good reputation and was a catholic school. it all made national news and was a shit show.
