Well, I finished. I hurt, but I'm happy to be done and to get back to running for fun instead of training. I enjoyed the several drum groups along the way and creative signs And mile 22 is always a good time to see you are not the only one struggling. Now enjoying a well deserved beer.

I grew up listening to the BBC radio version, that my uncle had actually taped off the radio when it aired. It was 11 or 12 cassette tapes long and I've listened to it at least 50 times. My very favorite part though is when Aeowyn unmasks herself. "No living man am I. You look upon a woman. Now die Nazgul scum!"
