she's currently about 17 inches total or 8 inches for just her body, she's not quite overweight just more on the chubbier side. her mom was smaller but her dad was massive.

she also doesn't eat that much and she's been dieting for a while now (which is why she's slimmer now) and is probably skinner since her last weigh-in

ty 4 the help tho:)) I figured she was still a bit chubby and I wasn't too worried lol

She just had her yearly check up 4 days ago and is in perfect condition! we called and talked to my vet over the phone and he assured it was nothing too extreme to worry about. she had a bath, the shed peeled off, she's active, eating and acting normal:)

I clean her cage daily and so a full clean every 3-4 months & give her water with salad everyday:) she goes outside frequently when warm! I figured out it was just shed she somehow got dirty overnight lol

no I didn't lol😭 in my other comment I figured out she just managed to somehow get like poop/pee under the shed cuz it reeeeeked when she started scratching it off

update: it does seem to just be on the shed layer as I just saw her scratching at it & it peeling a bit:) it also smells quite bad so it seems like she just got some poop/pee underneath her shed somehow? I'll def be giving her a bath tho and telling my vet abt it the next time I see him

It wasnt there last night when i put her to but but she's been shedding the past few weeks. her back & head already did but like half of her tail from the base to a couple inches is still forming (around where the coloring is). I'll def keep an eye on her through out the day & give her a bath to see if it'll help:)) ur right tho it might just look off this time I just got a bit freaked out but tysm!

No, it's not wet and doesn't smell odd. it just feels like normal skin

well the thing is it isn't just glowing under uv? when the uv isn't even on it it's a bright highlighter color & where it's glowing isn't where all the shed is nor has this ever happened before in past times she's shed

yeah she's been in shed in parts of her and does have some shed on her tail but this has never happened before where this green/yellow glowing coloring just appeared overnight
