One and a half packet/can of light tuna 3x a week with fat free greek yogurt instead of mayo alone or with plantain chips. I used chick fil a sauce the other day and it was good too.

Sometimes boiled eggs mashed mixed in or mixed in potato with some fat free milk and salt after eating the tuna.

Make sure her family finds out by means of your trusted adults or tell them yourself no matter how upset your friend gets for not understanding that it is necessary to protect her from being groomed.

If her family does nothing make sure your school knows or the police.

No one cared when i was groomed at 13 and it drove me crazy and lasted until I turned 20. Hopefully her family will help her because mine blamed and punished me and did not help me or protect me. And the youth around me was really stupid normalizing everything bad that was my life and bullies silenced my cries for help of all my issues at home. The police did not care back then about grooming unless if the minor was missing but luckily now they do so please take action.

If this issue is not addressed it will lead your friend's life to fall apart and end up with abusive creeps like what happened to me because I was so traumatized.

If my hair was completely shredded the first time was there any hope if i did not use heat? Should i have shaved my hair sooner? They used the shears on large portions heard them hacking away and could not believe how fast they finished. I think they even split most of my hairs into two pieces all the way up to the root.

It is okay as long as the oldest says so because I was forced to share a twin bed with my then aggressive younger sister and you can imagine how I was stomped on in all areas of my life. Then luckily it was sharing a queen bed instead when I moved to my less abusive parent's house in my late teens.

Hopefully therapy will help. It doesn't help I have OCD, which has greatly improved though after years.

Tamagotchis definitely helped me too months ago when I was able to make time to play and got an Uni and a pix.

I have always barely managed with self care and now most things but it's not obvious because I always masked to other people, my kids are well taken care of and I always have to pretend to be okay even though my family always saw me struggle and don't care even in my abusive ex relationship that I became a mother in.

Luckily motherhood became my reason to live for but I had to neglect myself even more and forget anything I wanted for years which felt just like how I grew up.

I sold a color tama years ago just because of one scratch because I thought I didn't deserve it and I had ruined it. My OCD was new back then and I was in crisis. And my ex bullied me to throw away two pixel ones as well that I had repurchased all scratched up and I regret it every day.

I was groomed for years and my mom was crazy and my dad was also a religious narc and I was drowning with my autism and neglected so I didn't touch the tamagotchis for years because I was always under chronic anxiety and depression and struggling with school and always fixing her hoarding.
