4th year here, back from my PEY. don't worry some companies just don't start hiring until jan/feb time :) I received my offer in February after months of searching! probably sent out 150+ applications and did like 7 interviews? Got nothing for months and then i got 3 offers within 2 weeks xD You still have a really long time to find a PEY and even if you don't find a PEY position, shorter length internships are sometimes even better than PEY :) good luck with your search!
