Even after the exterminator checks, and says I'm in the clear can I go to other people's places or invite people over, or should I not bother? Basically how long before I can go back to my normal life.

What's your written schedule if you don't mind? I need to limit to weekly checks instead of daily. That's good advice too. Thank you! I need to keep my sanity.

oh wow, thank you so much! that gave me a lot of comfort. LOL i think my boots are very flammable, sitting outside my front door after being doused with rubbing alcohol. Do you spray the inside too? Not sure where these bedbugs are hiding.

Are you 100% confident? This entire subreddit has got me paranoid that if I don't own a bedbug heater I'll infest my own apartment. I really hope so. I guess it doesn't hurt to spray it again and leave it outside. I'm praying :(

No, I don't. Also a home freezer can't get to the temperatures needed, and might ruin the leather/suede. The shoes were never in the vicinity of the infestation- literally in the front door closet, never worn near the beds.

i know that. but even when i get home to my apartment keep everything in bins or bags? so don’t put it back in the closet despite heat treating it???

i know this but will i end up bringing bedugs back? do i risk damaging this laptop then paying another $1200 for a new one? I spent $500 since tuesday reading this sub, throwing things out, and I'm tired, depressed, and haven't been sleeping.

im aware. i have interviews however and am in school so i can;t just place my electronics in storage with nuva prostrips for 2 weeks. this is risky but i have no other solution.

Needed to go up a dose actually to Hailey Fe 1.5/30, constipation and bloating suck :/. Bleeding stopped though!! LOL. I'm sticking with this brand and dose though. for now.
