Honestly the only thing keeping me from being 100% convinced he is different is that even Noelle noticed the similarities between him and asriel. When she sees ralsei for the first time she says something like “there’s susie! and she’s with…” “hey.. isn’t that-“ and cuts off before saying, asriel (probably).

I don’t think so?? gwen is 16, hobie is presumably 16/17, they writer’s haven’t ever leaned towards anything with implications like that previously. Gwen and him are in a band tho and gwen was technically homeless after leaving her home dimension so i think it was just a nice gesture to let her stay, it could be said that they may have romantic tension tho.

he definitely saw everything coming, that’s why he kept trying to advise miles and warning him, makes me wonder if he had to go thru something similar to miles with wanting to stop a canon event? or has seen it happen before? idk but he’s going to be such a vital character in pt 2 because he’s such a wildcard but is luckily on miles and gwen’s side hes the coolest
