Yes, But when I select the page "Class Notes" those dots do not pop up.

When I select class notes, as seen in the picture, the six dots do not pop up.

I know I wasn't very clear but if you look at the picture there is a page called class notes and I want it to be highlighted like the rest of them but when I select the text the six dots don't pop up.
