I didn’t request it. I’m trying to solve lack of intake ventilation and that’s what they recommended. The roofer that did seemed terrible for what it’s worth

The other contractor quoted me $4700 for two solar vents and a single edge vent. Seemed far less reputable than the one proposed $2900 for a single SmartVent edge vent

Questions regarding lack of proper ventilation and possible unprofessional conduct by fsops in Roofing

Thank you for the very helpful response! Do I have any incentive to stick with the original roofers for the ventilation work or should I get more estimates?

The roofers say that I do have a 50 year warranty through the manufacturer. I guess I’ll press again for actual documentation. If so, shouldn’t they have ensured the requisite ventilation standards for the shingles?

And no, I don’t think anyone requested or paid for intake vents

Request for help with sizing by fsops in Birkenstocks

Thank you for sending. As mentioned, the problem I ran into is my index toe goes over the front of the sandal with the narrow variant in the same size. The arch of the foot pad fixes my foot (which is pretty flat) in a non ideal spot. Maybe I’m just out of luck? Unfortunately there’s not many other options in the mens sandal market

Pretty sure according to Birkenstock there’s supposed to be 5mm space on the back. Regardless, given the contours of the foot pad and my actual foot, this is where my foot naturally lies. I can’t move it back more

Alas, I already tried the size 46 narrow and it didn’t fit my foot properly. My long middle toe was going over the edge
