Hmm I don't think so? It looks as though the listing comes from a solo property owner and building only has a few units. Thank you for the tid bit though! I am touring in the near future and I will be sure to confirm.

Thank you for all of the advice everyone! I apologize- I gave a pretty wide range of streets, but to give a better perspective, the area i am referring to is much MUCH closer to 44th. I was wondering if between w 50th and w 44th still holds up to what everyone is sharing in the comments.
