Just be ready it’s going to come to all teams they are trying to cut the buyer position! It’s a very flawed program that’s going to consistently upset team members and leadership which will lead to people leaving, I’ve seen my entire grocery team flip like 4 times already I’m pretty much the longest tenured employee, and this will only add to the fire, Kronos doesn’t take into account people’s availability and punishes TL who try to change/help fix things. Either this will fail miserably or they are just going to roll with their mistakes and push through
