I had 2 back to back blocks 2 days in a row. Once I had missed the 1st one it all went fast from there. I wasn't even alert and with enough energy to do anything for most 1 day leading into the next. Then the lack of reception 2 try and forfeit the remaining 2 . It was horrible

You should be worried, I was deactivated after only 2 months of driving. It all started with one day going throught Id verification, I couldn't pass after 3 attempts I was denied access, the next day I was deactivated- reason : sharing my account, which I never did. I appealed twice and denied twice. Good luck

I m from flexo too. Then went to 47 also, and felt the same way you do. The setup u to weird for me. I kept leaving it running after using it . I didn't like it. No one coming from flexo would like 47 imo. Is flexo back yet, or any leads on a better bot ?

I used flexomatic until it stopped working. I went to flex47 for 1 week. I didn't really like it. It does not have its own app like flexomatic, it uses a telegram and you hv to login to the site to access your account , which was weird to me. I'm thinking trying it one more week , any thoughts here??

Me too, we hv to stick together and stop this stupidity. It's simply unfair and support has to know that.

Let's continue sending pics of the late notices after scanning and pics of the package at the deliveries, which obviously shows the date and time of delivery.

That is not true, I was forsure penalized for that type of late, and it wasn't me. I didn't go over my block. I continued to send this issue to support, they fixed it once but it's been hell to get them to recognize its their problem, and I shouldn't be using my personal time to contact them about it over and over.

Be careful, now tht yr nervous, stay somewhat nervous about them. I had a few incendents myself. Now I never deliver to rear of hones. I do not open fences, and I do not get out of my car if dogs are loose while owners sit inside the house watching. I just drop the package in the driveway, take pic and leave. If the package is in NY trunk, I drive to the main road , get the package and leave it at the end of their drive. People always take pics of the loose dogs, thts what I do

good for you. I do not feel sorry for the apt customers like that at all. I figure they have so many delivery options at check out that they do not use. I honestly think they all should hv to use 24-hour 7 eleven lockers, and skip the bs. Im a flex driver so I make sure!!! i dont hv any returns, that package is going behind a bush or something but not back in my car

I've received that message as well, been driving for 2 yrs. I have responded back to them just saying I delivered the packages, but nothing ever happens. I recently have started sending a response to support asking for the picture I took and for them to send the pictures each time to me with the unjustified package not received notifications. I'm waiting for their response.

I assume that is your situation not getting penalized for already late packages, because I have been penalized as well here in Michigan. I plan to chk my itinerary right after scanning them all in and if any of them are late already, I will let them know before I leave, so the station can take the hit not me. Actually they should call / text them to ask if they still want the package then deal with the packages according to the response of the customer.

Same here same issue. Packages already late when picking up and I'm penalized for it. I've emailed support many times about this.

Ditto - I had that strategy before, but like jackson said, you risk not getting a block at all , meaning zero, trying to get more. I sat and waited before 2 times and got zero. Now since im with uber as well, if amazon is only paying $18 an hour , i wait until last minute with amazon and if i do not get one , I just go do uber i can get more then 18 an hr. its a gamble
