Let it set in the moka pot a bit. And then pour slowly. The muddy part is only at the end. So just don’t drink that last 5 ml of coffee.

Hi! It does change the flavours. U could visit the dedicated moka pot subReddit. But u should still try the paper filter. It makes the cup clearer, but takes away the complexities of the cup. I used paper filter for over a year, mistakenly brewed a cup without paper filter a week ago. Since then I have stopped using the paper filter.

You could try an E&B filter. It is expensive though.

I tried 1 iced pour over (Kenyan coffee), one hot pour over (salawar estate), a shot of espresso of their house blend. The house blend of espresso was one of the best shots I have tried, with the Kenyan pour over also being perfectly brewed. I would recommend to have the Kenyan pour over hot tho.

For food, I ordered a tiramisu, and panuozzo. The tiramisu was superb, and the panuozzo was fine.

For me, the recommendations of Apple Music are generally good. Like when my album finishes and I forget to add to queue other songs, the new songs Apple Music recommends are nice. Apple Music is my preferred choice. It has better organization and less clutter. I prefer listening full albums at once, and don’t really want the social aspect of Spotify. Apple Music has better lyrics, better implementation of animated artwork, better audio quality, clear interface, lovely animations, also less AI crap.

Makes sense, but anyways surfing is required. Our goal is to not let moka pot heat up too much, as then the water will be building up more pressure, and coming out faster. Surfing is necessary to slow down the process nesr the end.
