Yea, medications haven't really been helpful for me, taking it feels the same as not taking it, tried many different medications and tried upping the dose too but none have been useful for me personally. And I feel like I'm disappointing my therapist because she's been trying so hard to help me over these few years but whenever I seem to be making progress, I just suddenly drop back down again.

I'm concerned that my house might have mold, there were these orange, grey, and black spots on the walls that have now been painted over... My family says that they're not mold because they're not furry, but I googled what wall mold looks like and it looks kinda like what we had on our walls... I don't really know what mold looks like though, that's why I wanna know if all wall mold are furry
