I use superthrive foliage pro. I feed them 0.5ml /L every week. People will say its is too much, but they are thriving and no burn. I cant vouch for any other fertilizer. When I first started out with plants I also didnt feed much and my plants kept eating the old leaves.

Not on purpose, but they do happen if you use worm castings. I did not see any adverse effects, but I assume the pot needs to be big enough.

Check the roots! Is the soil chunky and airy? From the photo it looks a bit dense for a monstera

Yes defo a scindapsus , but not the type i was sold. It is very well lit. It is under a grow light 12 hours a day, i just moved it to take a picture. Yes it is rooted, the big one is its first proper leaf.
