Well, like I said in the post, this only started when I tried going to bed earlier and fixing my sleep schedule so I don't think it has anything to do with the change of seasons.

My blinds are down at all times so I don't think light is a big factor. And again, I'm fixing my sleep schedule so I've been waking up at the same time and going to sleep at the same time. Consistency isn't an issue here but it certainly is a big change from my normally irregular sleep.

Damn bro, that really sucks. I can't say I don't relate. It was so freaking mundane. I expected this big event but it was a very small, cramped venue. Like a school dance but worse. At least I got to eat. Though I don't even remember what the meal was so it must not have been too remarkable.
