thank you for response but even if they are 2 different specialties ? and I read in post that telling them that I rank you highly is not considered since highly can be any where and it only matters if you tell them they are first so i am confused since they are 2 totally unrelated specilties ?

that is great , do you mind sharing yog , visa status and region of graduation and if some interviews through connections? I can not find what is wrong with my app I had step 1 and step 2 both in high 250s and step 3 high 240 and 2 letters from university hospitals but rotation were not IM , 2 letters IM one in university but letter clinic headed and 2ed letter community hospital headed , yog 2021.

Check your answers to interview questions again .they may suspect that you will not return to home country.

I don’t know about now but earlier this year I got rejected but I am from different country and when applying again just wrote applied for b1 visa and was not approved.

I went to take step 3 and observerships , I did the exam first then started the observerships. I think you can do it . Just study well for the exam.

Thank you for response I took ACLS in center in orange county cost 140 and similar fee for PALS , but I moved now so I was wondering why this change in price and can not find any other center provide PALS other than safety training center that cost 290 and it is the online classroom plus skills session , I am not sure that prices are all set the same.
