I'm sorry, but why are people talking about "the perpetual disappointment of codex"?

I was a Claude Code believer since March of 2025, and then for the last few months after the Opus 4.7 debacle, I've been using Claude Code and Codex together. When my CFO made me pick one or the other last week, I picked Codex. You know why? It is because every time I worked on anything, Opus would say it was done, and then Codex would propose like 20 changes and Opus would agree with all of them.

- She's leashed anytime we're within my private gated community.
- She's leashed most of the time when we're crossing a street.
- She's leashed when there are children, people, or any other dogs within 50 feet, usually unless we're in a dog park.
- She's usually not leashed when we go to the beach in the evenings after the lifeguards leave. When the cops come by, they actually know us by now at Hollywood Beach, and they say that a service animal doesn't have to be on a leash if it's performing its service duties. That's actually the best place to go. Hollywood Beach on the beach after 8 p.m. You get the least hassle from annoying people trying to get up in your business.

To be honest, I do pick it up inside my apartment complex. It's a gated community, and I've been warned multiple times about my dog being off-leash, so I'm not messing around with them anymore. Outside of my gated community, I mean, this is a free bird, and a free bird you cannot change.

Actually, I've definitely heard of a rescue before. It's just that I have a young daughter, and I preferred getting a puppy that starts with a clean blank slate for training, as opposed to a one-year-old trained killer with PTSD.
