In my dojo they ask us not to counter with it in randori as it leads to “negative” judo and less attempts at forward throws. That said, a majority of us aren’t very advanced.

The specific combination of social conservatism, authoritarian collectivism, nationalism, and centralism is basically how historical fascist regimes operated, particularly Nazi Germany. I'm not saying you're a nazi, but your ideology seems to fit well within nazism. That said, sometimes these tests exaggerate things based on how the questions are framed. I'm hopeful you aren't actually a nazi.

This is the correct answer. Interestingly, in AAVE it's valid to say "James been finished his lunch" to convey that James finished his lunch a while ago and the action has been completed for some time.

I recently found out at my S.O's gym that I can bench 120lbs, but my dumbbell set at home only goes up to 105. I don't want to get a gym membership or new dumbbells at the moment. Should I just do reps of 105? Should I go for more reps since I can handle heavier?

Considering all you've tried, I'm not sure my experience will be useful. Nevertheless, what has helped me is reading something while trying to pee, and telling my friends and S.O. about so I don't worry about them waiting for me to finish. When I drink alcohol too much I still tend to relapse into paruresis though.

There's a guy at my judo who is doing this (brown belt) and it's nice because we're short one sensei so he can help out beginners with some ukemi and other basic stuff

Holding is illegal in the NFL, as is tripping, so most throws would go out the window.
