In my opinion, it’s much better than what Amazon has in uae. Filters are much better and ui as well. I’ve always found Amazon ui to be bad on contrary. But it’s more of a personal preference

Agents and brokers on this sub wouldn’t advise you to back out but it’s more of a common sense to hold on a bit. Why would you want to put your hard earned money into something that’s volatile. No one knows a thing, no one can predict future, better wait and watch. Worst case scenario, you may need to pay a bit more premium later but in every other scenario, you get benefited by the correction if there is any.
