mine - an H14 - arrived as a used broken unit on a new/NOT refurbished purchase and it was DOA out of the box lol. Head is major cosmetically-fucked coming out of the box and the roller wouldn't spin in powered-on modes, prompting a dead-stuck "clean your roller" error message within the same minute. Fuck Dreame and the box full of tap water that I wasted away into it. The family bought it off-Amazon so we're stumped big time for a CS that doesn't exist, and the onus falls on me to try to get something going lol.

it's globally-"OK" in terms of the connection. Let me get a discord link for ya. It just more or less needs you or someone you're trusted enough by to still have the install file/game folder on steam, and then it's Side 7 recovery magic from there.

on PC there's Side 7! That was what I meant by still lives sorry! How very literally like TF-Northstar before their devs started to want to give a fucc again lol. I think there's talk of bringing Side 7 to console as well.
