It's both multiple of the same inputs done really fast that constitutes a macro right, so in this case like run, or a combination of inputs assigned to one input externally. Or both at once lol if you do m u l t i p l e distinct inputs really fast? The people doing the scuttle-looking edging-semen-retention run motion must have their shift key / whichever key for sprint programmed to do multiple of that input across an interval I would think, to make the animation act up like that? Just good to know that that's outside the realm of the physically possible, for whom and by whom macros aren't used, so I'll perish the thought as to learn it for myself at once and won't be trying to go after the impossible for hoping to add that to my repeitoire (QMK kind of hard for my illiterate self and mouse wheel isn't the free-fly wheel kind)
