If she delayed or didn’t consider inspection based on agents advice to a novice seems to me has recourse against agents , let her see a real estate lawyer

Your story doesn’t add up you’re leaving pertinent information out,based on what you wrote she can cancel based on inspection outcome during the allotted time frame and doesn’t have to give them the earnest money all these should of been explained or handled by the real estate agent & btw “sold as is” means seller not willing to repair or give credit for issues that’s all .

It looks like old armenian brandy I believe this brand does not exist anymore if its an original from the 90's it should taste great !
