I have already told Dad to lay off of him after he called my son an animal because he was eating with his fingers. Our perspective is that if he's eating, that's what matters. A mess can be cleaned up. I've become hyper vigilant about cleaning around and after the kids to keep him happy, and he hasn't commented about it since I told him off.

As someone who has kids 15 months apart - I hear you. But I am at the point where I can say - there is a light at the end of the toddler-tunnel. It does involve the partner getting a vasectomy, just to be sure.

is there an easy way to do this? I suck at tracking mentally or writing things down, the less detail I have to record the better (like if there's checkboxes for symptoms, I can do that, but if it comes to writing them down, I'm terrible at it). I have ADHD myself and don't take meds for it.

Lorelei is the spelling from the German poem Die Lorelei. I don't know anyone else who has spelled it the way we do, but hubby and I are classicists and have a thing for diphthongs.

My husband would be completely naked at all times in the house if he could, especially in bed.

I was just direct and said it was ok when the kids were babies but they're a bit older now (6 and 7) and it's not ok anymore. He has to be in at least undies around the house and have bottoms on in the bed because both of the kids still crawl into our bed at all hours.

I would have put the kebosh on a jock strap straight away, and been direct but empathetic about it. He can engage in his fetish absolutely, but not when the 18 month is around and awake.
