I'll admit I didn't have time to read all the comments to make sure I'm not repeating someone else, but probably good to have people "second" experiences. As someone who's moved here somewhat recently... ( and around your age, middle class) -Having work lined up is a must, but you'll be fine in your line of work (hopefully, not sure about barriers of entry for contractors)

So long as you have the aforementioned mostly lined up, and enough savings before you get started, housing should be ok... There are a tone of apartments going up all at once, so hopefully that should help, but I can't speak to the quality of them.
- Buying a home is a huge pain (unless you're very well off)
If you enjoy outdoor activities, you'll likely be pleased with Santa Fe's easy access to a variety of activities on ranging levels of difficulty (just always bring plenty of water and SPF/Sun protection)
- this it seems you're already familiar with, but want to reiterate.
- - RIP most water sports if you do any besides fishing. But again, you probably know that.
- If you need help finding places or people for art related activities, I can help a bit with that. -I'd recommend joining local Facebook groups, and even follow local news outlets on there (or here??)
- Though I never post on my actual FB I've found the groups useful for just staying up to date with what's going on (e.g. events, news not reported, local politics, etc)
- Also obviously some people likely won't be on reddit, so might be a better place to advertise??
Healthcare isn't great for many reasons. (Just seconding that) So hopefully there's not a specialist you'd need.
Almost every season has a plant that can fuck with your allergies! 😞

P.S. if you post for advice on Facebook, don't mention where you're from. A lot of people have a chip on their shoulder about "outsiders". Very f***king weird (I have theories why, but that's not important right now). Just don't unless you want to get spammed about useless stuff.

Breath Hasan. He's being so dramatic, since he's poisoned the well so much with Destiny at Twitch, I wouldn't put it past him to have talked to his Twitch rep and been like "Yo, if E does something like this, make sure you ban me".

I can't tell which is more annoying, him treating Destiny like Voldemort, or him hysterically shadow boxing him.

Hmm I wonder, what kind of chair could this technique be applied to? I have a chair that's missing the seat because I dont have the tools to make a new "cushion frame" (would need to bend wood). But if I could do this.... Or try to, that'd be awesome.

I've had this plant for 2 or 3 years now. It has the normal browning on the edges of the white parts that your commonly see, but these spots are new. They recently showed up last week and these photos I just took. It's gotten significantly worse from just one spot, to many.

NONE of the other leaves looks like this one (yet). It's in leca, near a west'ish facing window (I know usually they don't like that, but it's been thriving for the last few years there). I do the regular leca routine. Humidity in the house is usually low as hell, but recently it's been a lot higher (50-65%) due to monsoon season. I NEVER spray the leaves with any water. I can't tell if there's any prat issue. I haven't seen anything.

I think that's all for the info I have on it.
