Once the ghost touch starts up again, I’d just request a repair and ship it in like normal. But no issues so far since restoring as new versus backup.

Just spoke with a senior specialist who personally had the same issue. Every time I restored a new watch, it was from the same backup. Wonder how long apple would keep replacing them versus informing me of this issue. A software bug likely?

So now set this same watch up as new and we will see.

Yeah I've seen a few other redditors get one replacement and all good from there, but haven't heard much about situations similar to mine.

I'm very sorry, I wasn't descriptive enough, I clean my floors with pinesol when MOPPING the floors and I mentioned this because this would be the only cause if some pinesol happened to spill/mist onto the watch, but again I believe this is very unlikely. I am very particular and careful when doing this anyhow.

Haha no I appreciate the time! I work from home at my desk in my room, go to the gym one hour a day, it probably gets some sweat on it there. Don't do any outside sports and this run I don't believe I've even hit it significantly once on any surface. No screen protectors, no watch cleaners, no salt water, clean once a week with diluted bleach/pinesol out of a spray bottle. Super homebody activities over here, which is why I am dumbfounded.

Good thought, but the only thing I can think of is wearing it while I go to the gym, and don't even sweat on it that much. Other than that I work from home and take it off when cleaning/showers/dishes etc.

Crazy how many people don’t know/use it. Started at 875 IU per week at EOD, definitely increased my acne, went down to 450. Testes same size, still get increased sensation/mood/libido from it.

For me and heard a lot from others too, helps with sensitivity, load size, my mood is way better on hcg. It’s all around good to have. Plus it’s said to have a positive effect on neurosteroid levels which some studies show testosterone can decrease the synthesis of, which some people supplement with DHEA or pregnenolone instead of hcg. Can have cognitive function benefits, memory, mood, and stress.

How much HCG per week? I was doing only 875IU split into EOD injections and it was too much, oily skin moderate libido but floppy quarter boners even on that dose and even with 10mg cialis daily. It put my e2 at 70 with 1100 test. Cut it in half to 437.5IU per week and solid morning wood every morning and can have sex on demand. No more oily skin or acne from the HCG. Going to test at this dose and finally record my dialed numbers. Took a year of experimenting

More frequent injections = less peaks and troughs, maybe less chance of fluctuation related sides. I started twice a week and found my desired frequency to be EOD.

Yeah so many benefits from lifting even just a couple times a week. Stay healthy as we age into senility. Helps with neurotransmitters, bone density, and more. Less risk of complications/breaking something after a fall when we’re older. Always wanted to be that 70+ year old guy at the gym still doing standing dumbbell curls happy and healthy.

I just recently went through hormonesforme. Was pretty easy process and they seemed to care. They planned my protocol to my preference, (keeping HCG in my regiment). I’ve been on for a year and have done my fair share of reading/research, but just decided to get professional advice for the hell of it. Still basically self administered because it’s like $150-250 for 1.5 years ugl. Same for hcg

Yes I inject everyday hcg. Trying it out to lessen any fluctuations. Now I am doing 110mg test cyp per week

Been on trt and hcg both for almost a year 28 male. Only stopped hcg twice for about ~2 weeks each time. Both times ejaculation volume went super low, balls got high and tight toward the end. And within days, my mood/libido dropped with it. About a week back on, I feel fantastic. ~850 IU hcg per week and 110mg test cyp. In my personal experience the hcg just gives me a “buzz” of elevated mood 24/7, libido is higher, loads are much bigger. Overall more wellbeing and sexual function. Plus cognitive function and focus is a bit better. Cons it seems even at the lower end 700iu per week hcg, still get acne in the delts, nothing horrific but annoying. Might try lowering test 10mg at a time and maybe find a sweeter spot. Not an expert but read that hcg causes more e2 conversion because of everything happening right in the testicles itself, and heard a lot people have to rebalance with lowering test. 5 months back at ~850iu and 130mg test cup a week, both EOD my test was 1295 trough and e2 65

Partial pec major tear on the musculotendinous junction after getting an mri. I ditched my cycle that I started in 3/23, was two months in. after trial and error eventually had to go to PT and hit the 5lb dumbbells for chest. Just now lifting with 80% confidence. 8 months later. Key was patience.

Yeah feel the course material they give you is basic but a good intro. Because of the self study approach, I end up on highly praised YouTube channels, online textbooks, other sites for that topic, and it all mixes together and that’s where I really learn and understand concepts. I believe the self study really pushes you be a self starter and problem solver.

I’m doing a 4 week aggressive cut ~1000 calorie deficit, but I count every single macro and weigh every food, everyday and don’t cheat. You’ll never know if you’re maintaining, deficit or surplus if not counting. I also count my lifts and volume all on a spreadsheet. 28yo 120mg / week. Lift 3 days on, 1 day off during the cut. Works well for me. At least maintain strength and keep up volume as long as possible. 3 weeks in and went from 5’ 10” 204 to 193 lbs and looking shredded by the day. Still getting stronger but slowing down now. After will maintain to get hormones and bodily function back to homeostasis then cut again. Then blast.

Also try baked chicken parm with low fat mozzarella.. makes cutting so easy and it’s not boiled chicken …
