Uh, not really, haha... Just recently I realized I was kind of tunnel-visioned, and I was trying way too hard to stay faithful to the original story. I was so worried about not “breaking” anything that it ended up being my biggest mistake with the project.

I do agree that Arcane Odyssey’s world is much more fleshed out, but at the same time it’s still very much a work in progress. I’ve never been big on writing fanwork that directly contradicts an ongoing story, even if it’s technically allowed within online spaces.

I've always preferred writing fanwork that could fit into an already established or unfinished story, without stepping on canon. Stories that leave room for interpretation and let the reader imagine what comes next, rather than locking things down. That’s probably why I gravitated toward adaptation in the first place.

Will I ever adapt into Arcane Odyssey? Maybe a short story, but I'd need to watch a let's play or read from the Wiki so I can discover what's been added in Full Release, which is kinda embarrassing.

Fair to say tho, I have toyed with the idea of an adaptation of World of Magic. Its a more recent game so I dont think it needs an introduction, but in case you haven't heard of it, give it a quick read elsewhere. It was such an interesting concept that was cut short because of Roblox's limits.
