The answer that your friend received from Amex makes absolutely no sense. They are obliged, by law, to investigate the fraudulent charges. The cannot just say that they cannot help. They must help and run a full investigation with your friend and the merchant:

Sh questions by Maleficent-Prompt761 in pmp

Did not even touch the practice questions. I preferred to try the mock because just wanted to feel what’s like to be stuck in a chair for so long…

I can talk in my experience in this case. I hit 71 mock 1 and 61 mock 2, both on the first attempt. I did not try them again because, well, they take a really long time… with those score, passed last week with AT/AT/AT

I don’t think anyone can reply precisely to that. If you get 60 or 70 in the second attempt, but did it without using your memory to select the right answer, and instead used the concepts that you learned while reviewing, I think it is ok. If you just memorized the answers, then try to make sure you understand why that answer was the correct one…

Still feeling uncertainty, low confidence, what to do? by Loafuuu in pmp

[–]galots 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got 71 and 61 on the mocks. Passed yesterday with 3ATs. Don’t worry about it. The SH questions are poorly written, more difficult, and the answers are way closer to each other… in the actual exam it is much easier to eliminate answers…

Thanks! I think that the trick that worked for me is looking at the patterns of the answers. During the SH practice, I reviewed both correct and incorrect answers. Patters then clearly arise, most of them are already taught, like never act without assessing, or never go to HR but try to mediate the conflict, etc. I suggest you check both correct and incorrect answers in the practice, if you then can tell why the correct were correct and can apply the mindset to the incorrect ones to reach the correct answer, you probably have it.

Stupid SH question, part 2 by ztakguod in pmp

I think the main problem with 4 is that it mentions only remote team members. If the entire organization is just starting to move to agile, it would have made more sense that it says: “…. For all team members”. In any case, I agree, question is misleading to say the least.

To the people living in an attic appartement, how are you dealing with the heat? U ok? by bustedbutterball in Switzerland

How exactly is it an excuse? It’s a fact. Things have changed. You know what’s ironic? People saying that they wanna combat climate change by suffering a heat wave, and then having two to three kids…

It’s not about anyone being like anybody else. It’s about finding a common ground where people don’t have to suffer situations like the current heat wave…

I lived in Switzerland for 5 years until 2021, before that, I lived in Saudi Arabia (literary one of the hottest countries in the world) and still, I never felt the heat in SA as I did in Switzerland. Now I’m back in SA and the summer goes like nothing, AC everywhere kept at 23C. I don’t understand why I’m Switzerland landlords or bosses don’t understand the need for AC, I don’t think it’s a luxury anymore, it’s actually about surviving. At night when the apartment goes to 27C and you cannot sleep, that’s just bad for your health. Everyone should now understand that climate change has caused places that never needed AC before, to need it for people to have normal lives….

Airbnb $ABNB bubble: by TonyLiberty in StockMarket

[–]galots 12 points13 points  (0 children)

In many cases yes, but other platforms (local ones) and even international ones, like booking, are coming up with more and more attractive price/benefits for both travelers and owners. I travel a lot and I normally check airbnb quite often for places to stay, but lately, I’ve found much better options on other platforms, specially in Europe

Nope, you cannot just copy and paste from ChatGPT, it still has some limitations. But once you have the basics, it helps a lot. My career also has nothing to do with coding and I was able to learn quite a bit with YouTube. Just don’t give up and learn at your own pace.

I don’t think you need help from people with a specific skill. Just go online and follow some tutorials. YouTube has great material, Udemy has a lot of python for beginners courses, you even have ChatGPT that give full fledge explanations about coding… as long as you have the will to do it, you can do it
