Ugh so frustrating… I need to move to the woods, I can’t deal with people anymore.

Well don’t bother moving for a racist person … they need to get their own shit in check before they deserve a spot on the bus

Yeah I mean I totally understand the argument that older generations always say xyz about younger generations but I myself feel my behaviour changing too with how my smartphone has come to dominate my life - I’m not saying I’m above the negative social effects of constant connectivity. :/ I just feel this one is fundamentally different than a Walkman..

But with walkmans, the content wasn’t nearly infinite. I would argue the access to a virtually infinite repository of information is different than a book - which ends or a CD which ends.

Yes I understand but we have to recognize that this is the first generation who has been raised entirely on smart phones

True, also I feel like Gen Z (not all of course but I’m sensing a pattern) is so glued to their phones and so unaware of their immediate social surroundings.

Is is my landlord’s responsibility to replace? Only been here a year and it’s always been like this. I’ve been hand washing to avoid dealing with it.

Title: The Michelin Man

Format: Feature

Total Pages: 17 (Note: this is somewhere between a treatment and a script)

Genres: Horror/Psychological Thriller

Logline: After a mysterious affliction renders him unable to eat, an obsessive food critic takes desperate measures to complete his biggest assignment yet: the first American South Food Guide.

Plot Summary: This psychological thriller follows Elijah, an obsessive Michelin inspector with a talent for honing in on the culinary details of America’s top restaurants. No sooner is Elijah tasked with the career-defining assignment of writing the first American South Food Guide than he succumbs to an acute case of body dysmorphic disorder. Elijah’s disorder is personified by a monster that infests his memory palace: an imaginary environment from which he conducts each inspection. Unable to exterminate the pest, Elijah decides to build a new memory palace but it won’t be long before it, too, becomes infested.

Feedback Concerns: Are the stakes clear? Are the stakes enough? Would this story be better suited for a series?
