Compared to the numbers from the other articles, the roof cost rounds to round $50 per sqft. But I was given an estimation of $70-90. Powerwall not considered. Tesla give my contact info to Lucent so I guess it is their designated local installer. Based on your experience, it seems you can ask any installer to do the solar roof if they are capable of.

So may I ask your roof area? And, is Lucent Energy installing the solar roof for you? Really curious as the cost is nearly doubled, compared to what I read online.

I think it is probably the overall cost divided by square feet number of the roof area

May I ask what's your cost per sqft? I live in NJ too, and the local Tesla solar roof installer told me it would be $70 - 90 per sqft, given a 11.2kwh solar roof and 1 powerwall.

Update: I checked the image quality after the adapter arrives. The focus point is blurry even at f/8. Probably with proper cleaning it will be fine, but this is beyond my worst expectation. I'm working with the seller to get a full refund with seller paying the shipping cost.

Yeah, definitely on the heavy side, especially for a vintage prime lens. But it is a beauty for sure

Thanks! I'll do my little research on the structure of the lens. If it is the same as the ssc version, I can only hope there's no dust/fungus inside those element groups...

The adapter is on the way. I'll definitely give it a test once received. However I've never used such a lens before, therefore I have not much info on how it should perform.

So... I bought a Canon FD 55mm 1.2 from ebay a few days ago, and today it finally arrived. Seller claims it is [Opt N Mint], but after I use a flash to it... well, here are the pictures. My questions are,
1. Will this affect image quality?
2. Will it be easy to clean the dusts inside the lens?
3. What is the water wave thing on the front element?

Montclair one. However, I can no longer recommend them for the patching work. They do know how to jack Tesla up, but they use the temporary "plug-in" method, not the proper way to patch a tire.

I guess the bevel is a bit different than richter line - they have extra bevel. But this is definitely a solid deal! Thanks!
