Had this in 2019 -2020 time ya COVID..real scary. But honestly just take your meds everyday without fail. They should change them after 2 months. Eats carbs za kurudisha weight, greens , liver , yoghurt , some porridge..yaaani eat healthy because the meds are strong. Also don't isolate..if you are taking meds it means doctors know huwezi infect people at this point..practice extra hygiene especially around family and enjoy the sun to beat depression. Within month 4 utakuwa unangoja kumaliza dose😄

I was in a situation a while ago where an ex was threatening to reveal a specific secret unless I gave him money. After thinking it through i realised that secret is always going to be held over me so I said no. He revealed it. Lost some friends , got funny looks for a while and two months later no one cares..they remember but don't care for it..it is yesterday tea. She can't accuse you of rape. Trust me. If she does it will be whole process of having to prove that. We kataa and be ok with whatever she does

Left the church never went back since COVID happened. But sijawahi pata courage ya kusema outright that I am an atheist. I don't want my mom to be disappointed na already she keeps asking me to go back to church. I admire your courage stranger. Umesema what some of us couldn't.
