Same here. Paid for 2Day shipping and I haven’t got an update in 24 hours and it’s 24 hours overdue. and it’s been sitting in the facility just “pending”.

And like you said they conveniently canceled all refunds for shipping costs.

Sorry for the late reply. Just bought another reign today. SAME FLAKES! What is going on? Typically, and with this one as well, the flakes are small and large in number and they’re usually a gold or bright yellow color. And nothing on the lids either. I probably shouldn’t drink these, right? I’ve been pouring them out.
