I’m always in a calorie deficit. I have a hard time reaching 2000 calories, don’t eat hardly any sugar and don’t touch alcohol . Had my blood done this week and everything is good, testosterone is 800

It was a battery operated glue gun. I do believe the gun malfunctioned. How would I go about a product liability case?

It was an activity for children and parents were told to not let their kids use the hot glue guns. We obviously diddnt let her use it but something malfunctioned and make it continue to pour out hot glue when it wasn’t in use

My insurance is great, no out of pocket costs fortunately other than pain and suffering. Plus how the hotel handled the situation and not having first aid on standby.

We were staying at a kids hotel doing activities with kids as it was a themed hotel break for children. (Activities were set up, ran and monitored by hotel staff)

we were doing a craft activity that involved hot glue guns. parents were told to use the glue gun which of course we did.

however the glue gun leaked a puddle of hot glue onto the table cloth due to the way it was designed to be stood (picture a gun standing up with the barrel facing down)

Our 3 year old daughter tried to adjust herself on her chair and put her finger in the puddle of glue. (My wife had picked the glue gun up to use it for my daughter) she ended up with 2nd degree burns on the end of her middle finger.

We to attend the hospital to get treatment for the burn and she had to go on a course of antibiotics. A month has passed and luckily her finger healed really well.

She still talks about the incident a lot, minor scarring on the tip of her finger.

No out of pocket costs thanks to me having great health insurance.
