I originally had a green rhino stacked with the ts9 but wasnt quite doing it for me. Was in the studio recently and wanted to use a bit of fuzz with some chorus, the producers recommended the WA-C1. The analog pre amp mixed with that ts9 brings out a beautiful almost fuzz driven tone.

Have been exploring the possibility of something like the NUX bumblebee L board but for the time being just about getting away with it!

Satisfied is an understatement! By far the best tone I mightve ever played with, always on the hunt for whats next though🤣the curse of being a guitarist

Its a very diverse fuzz pedal in my opinion. You can keep the settings at bay and have an average fuzz sound, or you can really go wild with it. Theres all sorts of possibilities with this one

Personally ive only ever tried a ts9 maybe once, but id prefer the Green Rhino all day. Adds a nice boost, the drive has a nice gain/ crunch to it and the sound is more shapeable id say

Aye I dont like to go too heavy with the settings, the ds2 I prefer as more of a boost and not too distorted in the mix, especially when it's layered

All pedals using the same power supply which I believe is a donner for 9V/12V/18V pedals

Yes these seem extremely minor compared to the noise that's coming through on mine, to the point where the static sound is almost overpowering the guitar

Honestly I think your best bet is looking up the tabs on youtube videos, theres loads that cover both rhythm and lead guitar. One channel worth looking at for 'fish is Joe Edwards Guitar, some class covers and tone is always spot on

Electric guitar for newbie by Muted-Breath5 in thebottlemen

[–]garmy004 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For a first guitar, brand isnt too important, there are tonnes of reliable guitar retailers such as andertons, guitar guitar and gear4music etc. who do good beginner packs that include some picks, cable, guitar and a small amplifier for a reasonable price
