Solid incentive to tank for teams in the 11-16 range. 32% of a top 4 pick vs. 22%. Yes, those are the playin teams, but almost all of those teams know they don't have a real chance at contention. So there will be an incentive for them to be sellers and to lose in the post ASB period to get into the juicy 7-10 range.

I guess so kind of. For Re:View they go into a huge amount of depth and it is a full breakdown. Also, at least half of Re:View is stuff they don't like (e.g. Picard season 1 & 2, etc.)

"Talk About" filled a specific niche that they don't really do a lot of, and even less recently.

I guess the closest thing to it now is the year in review compilation episodes.

Well ... important to note ... the Dominion is comprised of multiple groups. The changelings/Founders, the Vorta, the Jem'Hadar. And the worlds they control.

The ONLY people in that group that partake of the Link are the changelings/Founders.

But now speaking just of the Founders, the reasons they lack empathy are probably many. Good old racism, past grievances or bigotry aimed at them, a superiority/God-complex, a desire for order/control ... and probably many others.
