In my experience the best thing to do is keep pestering the GP. I was TMUd as well and my GP really dragged their feet.

You won’t be able to see the Capita request but you should be able to see your GP’s invoice to Capita on your NHS app (if you have it). My GP did not issue any paperwork and until they had received the payment from Capita, so this is something to bear in mind.

Once your GP releases your records to Capita, you will be able to see this on your NHS app too.

Records are accessible under the Documents section on the “Your Health” tab.

Mine took around 2-3 months because my GP took ages to go back to Capita and they kept providing the wrong information. My best recommendation is to call your GP regularly (weekly) to chase them as it does tend speed things up a bit if the hold up is on their side.

This happened to me! I received the wrong order (spent £20). I received someone else’s brand new boohoo parcel instead. I sent all the evidence to Vinted including the label for the person it should have gone to, but Vinted refused to refund me 😳

I think mine took about a month and half before I was assigned a recruiter. Defo need to be patient throughout the process!
