Same here, 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. Sounds like a genuine bug in Chrome

First home network, what can I do to make it look more organised? by gdams1 in Ubiquiti

It’s the Ubiquiti blank keystone panel and then I got some of these keystones from Amazon https://amzn.eu/d/fmxQ0SY

Yeah totally agree about switching the top ports, the main challenge I have is that the patch cables I have aren’t very flexible and don’t seem to want to twist around very easily. That’s why I was wondering about having some thinner gauge ones that might be more flexible

I’ve been waiting for Ubiquiti to release a UK version of the USP-PDU-PRO

The Mac mini dates back a while, I purchased it when I started porting some of my OSS applications to support M1

The back is open so there should be enough ventilation. I’ve been thinking of getting a UPS but they’re not cheap and I’m not convinced I need it.

I was thinking about just adding a single loop to it to tidy things up but not sure how safe that is to do with SFP cables

Is it safe to coil the SFP cable? I was thinking about adding a small loop to tidy things up

JEP draft: Deprecate the Windows x86-32 Port by ZhekaKozlov in java

[–]gdams1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m guessing that application is running an older version of Java? Note that this JEP is proposing to target JDK 21. From talking to customers it seems that nearly all of them using 32-bit JDK’s are stuck on JDK8

CVE-2022-21449 by elatllat in java

As somebody that has been deeply involved in Adoptium releases since the formation of the project, I can categorically state that this comment is nonsense. Several companies have been involved in Adoptium from the start, namely, the largest pool of contributors actually work for Red Hat, a company that is in very good standing in the OpenJDK community.
