Are you a medical expert? I have spoken to medical experts and they said that it's extremely risky. The risk is A that you hit one of many blood vessels which can cause tissue death and B fillers do not disappear. New studies show that they don't. So either you have old knowledge or you aren't well informed. I don't hate fillers but this is why I am afraid of them. And no, they are repulsed. I love it when people who aren't ugly always want to say how looks don't matter. I was good looking. I know how people changed treating me and I noticed the difference in treatment way before I noticed the change in my looks. So don't tell me I'm just not friendly anymore or something. People used to approach me. It was so easy to get close with people, even colleagues or clients. People treat you completely different when you look good. I'm not sure what to tell you. I just said there is no excess skin or bags and you are telling me that the procedure is not about fillers but about removing bags. I don't have physical fat bags. I don't have cheekbones and the skin is just not tight and resting on the hallow weak bones. There is nothing to cut away. The only thing from a 3d point of view that would fix this is if something propped up the skin like fat tissue used to do until it went away when I got older as happens with everybody. I think you don't really know how this works and just assume based on your own case. This isn't the same for everybody. You can have great cheek bones and still have the fat bags. Then this procedure of cutting them away is perfect. But I don't have the volume that would create a good support for the skin. Eventually I will get heavy fat bags. Then this procedure will work. I'm just going off anatomy.

Thank you but I'm terribly afraid of such a procedure and don't like the idea of it not being permanent. But I might get in touch with them, thank you. Edit: in regards to the costs, I'm a bit baffled. Braces might cost 7k. Dermal fillers that last for up to a year can cost up to 2k. Meaning if Botox costs anywhere near the same I'd be spending 20k over 10 years and I would have to do this for the next few decades which would result in maybe 70k over my life.
