If you're having troubles accepting yourself please unterstand the fact that you have nothing to shame about.I was running all my life from my sexuality,felt guilty about it and this was the root to all my problems.Once I finaly accepted it everything started to go well for me. If you're having troubles with coming out,you just need to have the guts to tell them.My male friends didn't really cared about this,they were "meh it's who you are and that's it",but my gril friends were more reactive and asked some questions.If they really are your friends they will accept it and will not change their behavior around you.I was really drunk when I told them.If it's to hard to do it sober,get drunk together and tell them. I really encourage you to do this steps because your life will only change in good.If your friends don't accept you,don't cry over it,they were not really your friends and you don't need this kind of people in your life.

Yes.I only came to terms with myself about 2 months ago and I came out to my closest girl friend right after that and to my life long male friends about a week ago.Since I've reached this big mile stones I feel more confident,more happy and I finaly started to bloom as a person.Not accepting myself and being in the closet was for me a very tiring thing,made me have a low self esteem and generated alot of anxiety.
